This work is suited to people who recognise that their breathing may be contributing to ongoing strain on the body and nervous system.That often includes people who:• Have tried general “breathing exercises” without lasting benefit and want a clearer, physiology-based approach• Notice persistent tension, poor recovery, or feeling disproportionately stressed or breathless• Want practical tools that can be integrated into daily life rather than set aside as a separate practice• Operate under sustained mental or physical load and want a steadier, more resilient baseline

The Oxygen Advantage method is well established and freely available. You can explore articles at oxygenadvantage.com and use the Oxygen Advantage app.The practices themselves are not complex. What can be challenging is navigating the volume of breathing advice available, and understanding which exercises matter most, how to perform them correctly, and how to apply them consistently in real life.Many people can make good progress on their own. Working with an instructor can help clarify priorities, refine technique, and avoid common mistakes. Small details often make a significant difference.In my clinical work as a GP, I specialise in cutting through complexity and individualising approaches. I bring the same skills to this work — using clear assessment and a practical plan that fits into daily life.


Added Depth

Oxygen Advantage focuses on the three pillars of biochemistry, biomechanics and cadence.I have additional training in HRV, breathing and the heart and nervous system integration via HeartMath coach training, and detailed breathing mechanics training learned directly from Dr Belisa Vranich (The Breathing Class).These can be used to deepen specific pillars of Oxygen Advantage work where appropriate.
